Refund and Returns Policy
At Akshmani Couture, we prioritize a seamless shopping experience and strive to maintain the highest quality standards in product delivery.
As a policy, we do not offer refunds.
However, we do offer exchanges within 48 hours of delivery of the product if:
- The product is wrongfully delivered (the product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation).
- The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
- The size ordered isn’t satisfactory.
In the above-listed cases, we are open to re-fulfilling your order once.
If the product purchased is extremely unsatisfactory, we issue a refund amount for the exchanged item in the form of store credit, which has a validity of 3 months.
Please Note:
- Our exchange policy is not valid on clearance sale orders/items.
- Exchanges for size/defects are limited to one exchange per order.
How to Proceed with an Exchange:
- To exchange a product or report damage in transit, please contact our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, and images of the defective or incorrect item. - Check the product carefully upon receiving it and note any tampering of the package, missing items, or damage/breakage on the delivery receipt provided by the courier partner.
- If your order is eligible for exchange, you’ll need to courier the product back to our warehouse. The courier charge will be borne by you. In case you’re unable to courier it, Akshmani Couture can arrange pickup for an additional cost.
- Once the product is received and verified, we will dispatch the new size or item. Please note, the new shipping cost will also need to be borne by you.
- If the return package doesn’t come with proper details, the original packaging, and invoice, Akshmani Couture reserves the right to reject the return request.
Exchange & Refund Policy
- All exchanges and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to provide prompt resolution for every situation.
- No refunds will be issued if the customer has provided incorrect shipping information or if there are three failed delivery attempts by the courier service.
- No cancellation or refund is applicable if the customer changes their mind about the order unless the case is raised within 24 hours of purchase.
